I have updated the site with new and more in depth Disclaimer, FAQ and Contact sections in order to help clear up any confusion visitors might have about the site and/or site staff being affiliated with Heather or her representatives, which we are not. I encourage everyone to take a few minutes to read these newly updated sections, as they will likely answer most questions that you may have. Thank you.
A big thanks goes out to the always lovely Lisa at Exclusively Marisa for making us the featured site this month. If you haven’t visited her Marisa site yet, you should definitely check it out because it’s fantastic.
I apologize for the site being offline for over a week, but there was a ton of work to do in order to get the new look online and I ran into some issues when trying to update our WP template. Thanks to Mycah for saving the day there though. She’s a gem.
We hope you will all enjoy our gorgeous new layout created by the lovely and talented Jess. There is also a brand new video archive which I’ve been working on for months and I hope you guys will enjoy the new goodies. I’m still working on adding all the videos I have sitting on my computer at home, so look for updates in the coming weeks there, but for now, there are quite a few new videos for you to enjoy, including clips from the very hard to find film, Kiss & Tell. It’s not a great film, but has a great cast and the clips I’ve added are quite fun, especially the one entitled “I’m just doing my little dance.”
Our new featured site is c-diaz.org, a wonderful Cameron Diaz resource maintained by Filip. Be sure and check it out when you have a moment.
Lastly, RichE has updated the gallery with some beautiful new event images from 2006 and 2007. Click here to view them all!
I finally finished adding in all of the old news entries from our old CuteNews script into the new WP script and they can all be viewed here. The only things that I didn’t add back in were the old gallery updates prior to 2007 because many of the links had changed.
Due to ungodly amounts of spam of every imaginable variety flooding my inbox daily, I decided to switch the news script over to WordPress, which is a far superior and safer program than what I was using. So far I haven’t been able to convert the old news into a format that I can incorporate into WordPress, but I’m still looking into it. Hopefully I’ll get that figured out soon so all the prior updates won’t be lost, but if not, I’ll just have to do a backup and let that be that. Sometimes a fresh start can be the best way to go anyway.
